    Note: the node distribution on each edge of the blocks is adequate
    for cell agglomeration into cubic hexahedra, i.e., each edge has
    (3*n+1) nodes. This can be modified to suit other agglomeration 
    orders. 
    The .msh file is ready for cubic agglomeration. ICEM can output 
    other mesh formats.
